Change4Life is a major public health campaign, launched in 2009, to tackle obesity.
Two-thirds of adults and one-third of children are overweight or obese in the UK, so Change4Life is focused on families with children. It encourages healthy eating and easy ways to exercise. It focuses on small behaviour changes that make a big difference. These include eating five portions of fruit and vegetables a day, swapping sugary snacks for healthy ones and being more active.
